Agency Names and Studio Designs

Each intake at SCA is given the opportunity to brand their agency and design the interior of the studio. This year, our brief for naming our agency was simply 'spark eternal folklore'.

I entered 2 agency name proposals, with the help of Sara Halliday on Copywriting duties, as well as a few ideas for our dream studio with my original group. While both the agency names made it to the shortlist, sadly neither were chosen - this year, we will be called 'John', after the original founder of SCA.

THING

My first agency name was 'Thing'... I admit this was maybe a bit style over substance, and naming your agency 'Thing' is potentially a bit of a cop-out. I sure did love the logo, though!

HOT POTATO

My personal favourite out of the two offerings, cooked up with Sara Halliday - Hot Potato! This was our closest to winning in the final poll - alas, it was not to be.

STUDIO DESIGN

Our vision for our studio was lots of living walls and plants, a quiet place for meditation, 'do not disturb' areas for when you want to concentrate, a mixture of single and collaborative tables, street art and floor murals... and of course - a cocktail bar.

...and only £600 over budget! Maybe we got a bit carried away with the fancy lighting.
